Managing Partner

Owais leads operations across the firm's businesses. He owns and operates the firm's first platform, a multi-bay tire and automotive service business, where the Salvus operating playbook was built. He holds an MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Medea Tsitsagi

Partner

Medea runs the firm's day-to-day operations and deal execution, and is the primary point of contact for business owners and intermediaries on active transactions.

Shree Subedi

Partner

Shree leads deal sourcing and supports underwriting and financial analysis. He previously worked at a private equity firm in Nepal and interned in investment banking at UBS.
