Selling your business shouldn't feel like losing it.

You spent decades building something that works. The right buyer should be able to explain, clearly and in writing, what happens to your employees, your customers, and your name after close. Here's how we do it.

Our process

Five steps, in order. Most take 60–90 days end to end.

  1. A conversation

Confidential, no obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

  2. An indication of value

Within two weeks of receiving financials, you'll have a written range and the reasoning behind it.

  3. A letter of intent

Signed after real diligence and financing conversations, so what we sign is what we close.

  4. Diligence and close

Typically 60–90 days. We keep the process tight so your business isn't in limbo.

  5. Transition on your terms

Stay for six months, stay for three years, or step back at close. We build the plan around what you want.

Questions we get asked

Will you keep my employees?

Yes. Your team is most of what we're buying.

Do you need me to stay?

We'd like a transition period, but the length is yours to shape. Some owners stay on as general managers; others hand off at close.

Will you change the name?

Almost never. Local reputation is worth more than a brand refresh.

Do you actually have the money?

We close with a combination of our own capital, our capital partners, and senior lenders we've worked with before. We don't sign an LOI we can't finance.

How do you value a business?

On sustainable cash flow, adjusted for what a new owner would actually need to spend. We'll walk you through every number.
